Drag and drop to and from FC now works!

It's nice to report success where there has previously been consistent failure! For a long, long time I'd been unable to drag / drop items from FC to the Desktop or other programs, and usually from those into FC - but since I 'upgraded' from Win8 to 8.1 I can now drag and drop freely to and from FC. Of course I don't know whether the change was related to the Windows 'upgrade' or a particular new FC build.
