Editing files inside archives

Hi,

maybe completely dumb but anyway:
can't I edit files inside archives?
I mean I navigate into an archive, then select a file, hit e.g. F4, make some changes, save the changes, close the editor, and now ???
Is there an option so that FreeCommander updates the archive with my modifications?
