Msg on closing: Please wait-network loading thread is active

#1 Post by FrankM » 18.12.2011, 12:23

Hi Marek,

A very fine file manager!
Tnx!
:D

2 items occured when using FC XE on my WIN7 64 Ultimate PC using FC XE 0.0.0.570

1. When closing FC XE the message: 'Please wait - network loading thread is active' appears and FC XE does not close.
After a minute or so I am able to close FC XE without this message.
2. When using the shortcut key WIN+E FC XE most of the time pops up in the background instead of at the foreground

I did not have these problems with the previous version 0.0.0.550.

Greetings,
Frank

'Please wait - network loading thread is active'
It is not a bug, it is new feature :).
You can disable auto loading network with the line in the freecommander.ini
[Form]
NetworkLoadOnPrgStart=0

2. When using the shortcut key WIN+E FC XE most of the time pops up in the background instead of at the foreground
Try this:
- close all instances of FreeCommander
- start only FreeCommander XE 570
- activate "Redirect Win+E.." if not already redirected
- test now

Hi Marek,

Seems to work fine now.
Both issues 1. and 2.
Although issue 2. isn't working fine always.. (still sometimes popping up in the back-ground)
Tnx! :D

Greeetings,
Frank
