Cut / Copy / Paste buttons for Rename, New folder, New file dialogs.

Sometime selection is easier / faster with mouse, but then I have to use keyboard for cut or copy part of the name.

With the standard cut/copy/paste buttons for text it could be faster with mouse, just few clicks.

These buttons could be added next to existing time/date buttons.

I tried to use Rename without a dialog, but the cut/copy buttons works as cut/copy item, not text, not sure if it's a bug, but the paste toolbar button work as paste text, so at least it's inconsistent.

This would also help greatly people with certain physical disabilities

But I personally do not need such buttons - because I use such Hotkeys / HTK config file in my HotkeyP:

Code: Select all

hotKeys7 7 1
GLOBAL ● paste ● FMB + LMB

\ctrl\V

-160 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
GLOBAL ● copy ● BMB + LMB

\ctrl\C

-176 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
GLOBAL ● cut ● FMB + RMB

\ctrl\X

-159 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
GLOBAL ● delete ● MMB + RMB

\Del

-191 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
GLOBAL ● select all ● MMB + BMB

\ctrl\A

-172 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
GLOBAL ● Space ● MMB + FMB

\Space

-156 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
GLOBAL ● undo ● BMB + RMB

\ctrl\Z

-175 512 0 0 1 0 27 0 0
And every time I must for whatever reason close HotkeyP or when I install a clean system, thus not being able to perform these actions with just mouse buttons, I am horribly reminded of how inefficient my operations were for 3 decades when I was not these mouse shortcuts system-wide
