801 - Main menu minor issue

To reproduce use default settings - command line options, if needed (I can't reproduce it with my custom settings):
1) Hide main menu right clicking the status bar, press F12, Enter, menu is enabled again.
2) Hide main menu right clicking the status bar, open Define action toolbars, Enter, menu is enabled again.
3) Create some favorite tools items, hide main menu right clicking the status bar, open Define favorite toolbars, Enter, menu is enabled again.
After that, in status bar context menu the checkbox icon ([v]) has wrong state, also if you enable it, it's still vice versa.
FC 801 64-bit donor, Windows 10 64-bit 1809.
