Internal image viewer mouse shortcuts 2

Add mouse shortcuts to internal viewer - wheel (up/down) to switch to previous/next file/image in folder (perhaps they might be customizable).
It must be customizable. The default Wheel performs image scrollong,
Shift+Wheel - horizontal one.
