786 - Color schemes saving broken

Note: If you want to create a new color scheme, or update existing one, backup original files first.
To reproduce:
- load any color scheme file
- save the color scheme as a new file - TEST
- load a different color scheme
- load the new/saved color scheme (TEST)
= it doesn't work, color scheme is not loaded, or some colors are not loaded
Loading old color scheme files works good.
FC 786 donor 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit.
