681 - Truncated file names in list view (uppercase)

Probably related with another bug in details view.

In 680 it works good, in 681 32 and 64 bit versions (Win7 x64) the names are truncated, only with my ini, not with default settings, I tried to change them to be exactly the same, but still the same.

To reproduce try this:
- in empty folder create folder "ABCD"
- first it's displayed correctly
- now refresh view or enter the folder and go back
- folder is displayed as "AB..."

When creating the same folder with lowercase "abcd", it's displayed correctly. The same with QWERTY.txt and qwerty.txt. So it looks the uppercase is affected only.
