674 - Layout name in titlebar seems wrong

Option to show layout name in titlebar seems not working well.
I used [Layout] in settings/View/Main window title/Pattern.

- When I select layout first time, nothing shown in titlebar.
- When I choose View/Layout/Autosave current layout, layout name shown in titlebar, but name is not correct. For example, when layout name is 'test1', title is '&test1', when layout name is 'aa123', title is 'aa&123'.
- When I change to another layout, title will change to 'actLayoutOpen05'.

And, an another issue.
1. Select View/Layout/Autosave current layout window.
2. Click Cancel button on layout selection window.

Result: A program error will happen.
