628 - Open folder w sgl click: Potential prob with files

Following settings need to be set like this:
Settings -> Select items -> General -> Open file with single click: NOT checked
Settings -> Select items -> General -> Open folder with single click: CHECKED

If now I (accidently) double click on a folder it opens (which is ok) but if a file inside this folder should happen to be "under" the mouse cursor (after the folder was opened) then this file also opens. This is a bug since the first click (of the double click) was used to open the folder, which leaves only the second click (of the double click), which would correspond to a single click, for the file, but in settings I checked NOT to open files on single click.
