Like mentioned in the title:
If I set a filter with the option "use for both lists" activated (in the set filter dialog) then the focus of the current panel is switched, meaning if focus is originally on the left panel it will be on the right panel after setting the filter (and vice versa).

I should have added that I am talking about reusable filters. But also with the quick filter the problem shows when you turn the filter off.
However, when I use the icon "show all files" ("turn filter off") in the TOOLBAR then it shows a NEW BUG:
It turns the filter off only in the one active panel, even if "use for both lists" is checked on.

The problem is to reproduce if using filter set from menu (main or context).
Fixed for the release 624.
