[solved] Define keyboard shortcuts-using numbers from keypad

FC does not remember keyboard shortcuts with numbers from keypad e.g. 'Ctrl+2 (Zehnertastatur)'!

I define a keyboard shortcut using 'Zehnertastatur' and it WORKS (although the dialog window tell me something different) as long as I restart FC.
After restart I must use 'normal' Ctrl+2 to execute the desired command.

this unwanted behavior also exists in FC2009.02b.
