598 - "Focused item inactive list" background color issue

When using specific colors for some file types, e.g. avi, jpg, mp3, exe, then the background color of focused item in inactive list is wrong. This way it's not clear which file / panel is active and it's possible to delete or move a wrong file.

The option in settings > select items > colors > "Focused item inactive list" > background color is not applied, it is ignored, for the files in "Color by file type" list in file/folder list > items color.

OK, done, to reproduce just focus any 2 txt files on both panels and press Tab several times - the active file background is blue on active panel and grey on inactive panel...

...but if you select e.g. two exe files on both panels and press Tab several times, file background is blue on both panels (it should be grey on inactive panel).

I think the problem is here, only files with these ext. have blue background on both panels:
