582 - Minor - Path text color in address bar

Path text color in address bar, in inactive panel on start is black (in settings it's white). On active panel it's OK, also if the tab is changed, it works good then.

To reproduce:

- use white color for address bar inactive panel
- make left panel active! (it works good if right panel is active)
- save settings
- restart FC
= path text color in address bar on right panel is black

Could you try to fix this one please? It's broken only on FC start, only the inactive panel.
