Steps:
1. run FC
2. go to preferences
3. select any non-latin language (russian, korean, chineese, etc)
4. observe the effect -- basically it looks like all characters in settings dialog were random

I can attach ss if you have problem reproducing this issue.

I see this also, but I think it`s because I haven`t installed any extra language/character support in Windows ?

If this is required FC should warn user. But in my case, I doubt it is a reason -- for example I switched language in Opera w/o any problem.

FC 2009 is not Unicode capable.

Please search the forum for "unicode".
