The selection on the tree in the settings window disappears

Problem:
The selection on the tree in the settings window disappears when
the focus gets on the detail window on the right.
To reproduce:
Open the settings window. Click on the "General" in the tree on the left. The "General" line is highlighted. Now click on the language choosing combobox on the right. Result: the highlighting on the "General" line dissapeared.
OS: WinXP SP3
