822 - Drag&drop file to file container tab caption

To reproduce:
- create a new file container on the right panel, next to any tab
- switch to any other tab than file container on right panel
- drag&drop file from left panel to file container tab caption (which is inactive)
- correct [+] icon symbol is shown
= file is not added to file container
This way works with any other tabs, also recycle bin, it doesn't work just with the file container.
FC 822 64-bit donor, default settings, Windows 10 2004 64-bit.
