If I delete a file in the rename dialog, the file does not get removed from the list automatically.
The same happens from if I click the X button in the preview menu.

you are right, additionally I could not find at least a refresh button/command.
While testing i found a lot more issues within the Multi-Rename Dialog
1. After removing from list (ctrl+r) -> quick view still shows a picture although list is empty
2. after selecting a profile (i have only one) there is no option (entry in drop down) to reset the dialog
3. zoom direction in quick view is inverted
4. RMB a picture in quick view then "save as" -> some controls are not translated like e.g. preview checkbox
just to name a few....

Thanks for the quick fix.
The context menu is working but the delete from preview pane is not.
