801 - Favorite tools minor icon size issue

To reproduce:
- create any custom toolbar
- disable "Use big icons" option, if needed
- click OK to close dialog
- reopen fav. tools dialog
- enable "Use big icons" option
= options 24 / 32 / 48 pixel options are greyed out
- click OK and reopen fav. tools dialog
= options 24 / 32 / 48 pixel options are available now
FC 801, Win 10.
