Search for files/folders does not work with ";" in path

If I'm in a dir with ";" in the path, e.g. "C:\temp\A;B;C", then click "Search for files/folders", add some name and click "Find" I only get errors in "Search log". Even after adding double quotes around the path by hand it does not work.
PS.: In e.g. "FreeCommanderXE-64-donor_portable800.zip" there is still the wrong (old) "FreeCommander.md5" - please remove this file in next release.
Versions: FreeCommanderXE-64-donor_portable800, Win10-64 pro 1903.
