761 - Start with last used/following folders issue

Tabs with custom path are not opened at FC start at all, only locked tabs are opened.
Start with last used folders doesn't work either.
EDIT: probably related issue:
Last locked tab have the wrong path sometimes, can't reproduce it yet, but it happened 2 times already, the path is "Desktop", after clicking "Go to locked path", it's fixed.
EDIT2: Got it, if you refresh empty locked tab (Ctrl+R), the path is changed to "Desktop". Or just open Settings (F12) and click OK.
761 64-bit donor, Windows 10 64-bit.
