741 - Favorite tools - splitter bar icon issue

When adding the "Favorite tool 01" item to the splitter bar, program icon is grey.
After the FC restart, multiple error dialogs displayed, it was impossible to start FC.
I had to use the settings from backup.
I couldn't reproduce this bug with default settings yet.
Please, make a backup of the Settings folder, if you'd like to try to reproduce this bug.
FC 741 64 bit, Win 10 64 bit.
