I'm using a WinPE image (well, stock WinRE from Windows 10 build 10586). FreeCommander doesn't refresh upon drives being detected and sometimes during file operations, despite the menu options being checked. I have to do it manually. Same settings file used on a full Windows 10 installation autorefreshes properly.
This happens in build 716 and and 685, both 32-bit and 64-bit, probably other builds too but these are the ones I have. Happens on both 32-bit and 64-bit WinRE images. Some other file browsers don't have this problem (so doesn't necessarily seem to be a problem with the WinPE image) but I would much rather use FreeCommander. Both work brilliantly aside from that. Thanks
Autorefresh not working in WinPE

Same here.
Win 10, build 685
Waiting for a solution as it is very annoying.

Re: Autorefresh not working in WinPE
Unfortunately, I figured out that FC actually needs Explorer for autorefresh. After finally getting explorer running on my WinPE (not an easy thing to do) FC autorefresh starts working. The moment explorer goes down, FC autorefresh stops working. I've had to use a different browser that is PE-aware.daninet wrote:Same here.
