Just a small niggle... after jiggling about with my toolbars and creating a favourites toolbar, there seems to have been some shrinkage to the size of the bar/icons.
Also the status bar at the bottom is twice as wide as it needs to be. Can I get rid of that grey wasted space?

Re: Toolbar shrinkage
Hope you won't mind...
Try playing with these settings:
For the second issue... maximize FC's window or read this: http://forum.freecommander.com/viewtopi ... =19&t=5602
P.S. I don't think this is an x64 bug only...

Re: Toolbar shrinkage
Regarding the toolbar icon size, I confirm that icon size, even "use big icons" option is changed/disabled sometimes. I have already reported it. I can't reproduce it though, when I add/remove some toolbar items, the main toolbar buttons or/and splitter buttons are changed from "big" to small.
OK, so I got it, finally...
- use one row with main toolbar, one row with favorite tools, no menu
- "one wrappable toolbar" option
- for splitter "use big icons", button-size 33, spacing 16, top button position 2
- for standard toolbar "use big icons", button-size 33
- right click on the standard toolbar, "customize action toolbars"
- now click all 4 items in the "toolbar" field (address, file container, splitter, standard)
= watch the button size for the "splitter" item! "use big icons" is disabled and the button size is 18
- click OK
= splitter buttons are small
- now fix the splitter bar button size to big, 33
- right click on the standard toolbar, "customize action toolbars"
- now click these items in the "toolbar" field (address, file container, standard, and again address, file container, standard)
= watch the button size for the "standard" item! "use big icons" is disabled and the button size is 18
- click OK
= standard toolbar buttons are small
I can always reproduce these steps. I can reproduce the second part also with default settings and the button size 32.
