[634] Favorites Editor - new favorite insertion point

Importance/Severity: Low
Bug or unexpected behavior: In the Favorites Editor, adding a favorite (folder) inserts it above the current selection.
Expected behavior: Insertion should occur below the selected item, or at the bottom of the list.
Work-around available: Yes; move item after insertion.
