621: FCXE repeatedly show message "window cannot access.."

bug :
On a shared network, When user doesn't have permission to access a child folder, FCXE show this error message repeatedly instead of go back to parent folder.
(I'm on \\10.133.1.36, I want to go into "ip" but I don't have permission.)
wish :
go back to parent folder,
(I want FXCE to show the list folder in \\10.133.1.36 instead of show the error message repeatedly)
version:
FCXE 621 on Win7 Pro EN.
