623 - no owerwrite if try to cancel and resume operation

Use FreeCommander for Copy/Move/Delete Operations

If we try to overwrite any file with new one (for example, 1.txt is in both panels and one of them is older) using F5 and we press Esc while operation, then we see warning "Copy operation is in progress. Do you want to cancel operation? Yes/No"
And if we press No, no file overwrite occurs, but must be.
