609 Drag and drop from FC to FIJI (Java application) fails

Not sure whether this is a problem with FC or with FIJI, but drag and drop from windows explorer to FIJI does work, so I decided I would post here.

I can't drag and drop a file to Fiji. When I hover over Fiji with the file to be dropped, it seems recognized since Fiji displays "Drag and Drop", but when I actually drop the file, I get the error message "Drag and Drop failed".

I am using FC XE 609, Windows seven 64bits, FIJI 64bits.
