613 - Minor menu bug(?)

[Dreamer]

- use menu as toolbar option
- press alt, down, right, esc
- click on free space (really free space in the line with no items)
- press down key
= menu appears instead of navigating file list

When I press Esc twice, it works good and even clicking the panel free space is not needed, so I'm not sure if it's a bug...
