Customize Toolbar Panel - Folder Seek

If we go to customize a favourite toolbar, we can seek for folder or seek for program. Now, seek for program will start seeking in whatever directory that is specified in its input field, but seek for folder gives a different dialogue, and does *not* begin seeking in the specified directory. Also, seek for folder gives a very minimal dialogue, one without any input fields.

I think that both "open" dialogues should begin seeking with the directory specified in the input field; and both dialogues should be the type of open/find dialogues that allow you to type a path into.
