533-Delete/Rename in C:\ProgramData

I open C:\Programdata\MyProgram\Ini and rename or delete a folder in it. Rename or Delete is done but then I'm back in C:\ instead of staying in C:\Programdata\MyProgram\Ini.
This happens with all hidden folders when I open the folder via Adressbar and give the path manually or in my case I have defined a favorite for it.
