553 ctrl v to paste fails sometimes

it's hard to reproduce it.
Using the right click menu works fine, it's just the shortcut that fails. Could be something on my settings of course.

I have the same. But I think Ctrl+C fails and not Ctrl+V. Or have you a Workflow where Ctrl+V failes? Would be good to do to crosscheck it.

This is a widely reported Windows 7 problem, not FC. The solution is to clear your clipboard once in a while (or when you notice the problem). Create a desktop shortcut with "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c "echo off | clip" will do the trick.
