incorrect behavior when switching tabs viewed as thumbnail

I'm using Freecommander 2009.09 on windows 7 RC and have encountered the following problem.

1. Open a tab and set it as thumbnail view.
2. open a new tab pointing to a different directory and set it as thumbnail view.
3. switch back and forth between the two thumbnailed tab and in both tabs the last directory will be visible, the address bar will also have the same address even though the tab names show seperate directories.
4. Open yet another tab ut set it as list view.
5. Switch between the list view tab and the first thumbnailed tab, then the list viewed tab and the second thumbnailed tab and you will get the proper behavior of switching tabs.

For some reason it's not switching the directories when you swap between two thumbnailed tabs. I've reproduced these settings using a blank ini with no plugins.

I have been having the same issue in XP. Also mine crashes in thumbnails view frequently. Luckily, restore does last saved tabs and doesnt open the same crashing directory again!
