818 - Unassigning secondary keyboard does not get saved

v818 Donor 64-bit

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open FC
2. Unassign the secondary keyboard shortcut for "Search..." (Alt+F7)
3. Save settings
4. Close FC
5. Open FC
6. Notice that secondary keyboard shortcut is still assigned

Confirmed with 818, only Alt+F7 shortcut, not with other random shortcuts.

Original bug fixed in 819.

Anyway, when I tried to re-assign Alt+F7 as 2nd shortcut for Search, below it was "Not assigned", but when I clicked the Assign button, error dialog shown:

This command has already assigned shortcut.
Would you like remove current shortcut and assign the new anyway?

After clicking Yes it was assigned correctly, but that dialog is incorrect. It was after FC restart, so that shortcut should be removed from the list.
