To reproduce:
- in Define keyboard shortcuts dialog, quick filter field type "case"
- assign any keyboard shortcut and press the "Assign" button
= keyboard shortcut is not assigned at all
It's the same for second keyboard shortcut.
Workaround - disable quick filter, click the button and then assign a shortcut.

OK, I can't reproduce it now, I'll try to find the reason and exact steps to reproduce with default settings.
