813 - Ctrl+Insert / Shift+Insert shortcuts partly broken

These keyboard shortcuts are not the official FC shortcuts, but they are standard keyboard shortcuts and they are working in FC dialogs, like rename dialog, multi rename dialog, but they are not working in the file list, to copy/paste the files and folders.
