SUGGESTION - Position of dialogs relative to mouse position

See attached. Position the dialogs at the time of running the command relative to the mouse position.
There's a windows equivalent setting for the mouse in the settings whereby the mouse is transported to god knows where the default button of any popup pops up.
It would be nice for any native dialogs to FC; move, copy, delete and rename.
Then for any dialogs from windows side; move, copy, delete and rename.
