PLEASE TEST FIRST
First, enable the recycle bin on your NAS OS. In Snology DSM > Shared Folder > Select the Volume you want to edit > Edit > Check Enable Recylce bin
Other NAS OS will differ.
Then in FC
Settings > File/Folder operations > Under delete (Use windows) > Apply & Close.
Now any delete ops will be handled by the OS resulting in the #recycle folder getting populated with the deleted files/folders.
Just thought this might be useful as I couldn't see a thread about it.
