Donated for 1 year membership, appears only 15 days

So, I'm looking for FreeCommander 64 bits portable version.
After learning that it requires donation, I paid for 1 year subscription to be able to download any version.
The Paypal invoice correctly shows:

FreeCommander Donors 1 Year Membership
$6,50 USD 1 $6,50 USD
FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 715 64-bit
$4,00 USD 1 $4,00 USD

But under Payments History:

FastSpring, €3.50 for 15 days

Allowing just to dowload FreeCommanderXE-64-donor_setup715.zip installation version.

Now, this is an issue that I would write directly to author, but it looks like that the only support channel is the forum.
So, how can I get help about this?
