Copy only updated files 15 mins from one server to another

Hi All,

I have a question if I may.

Is there a way to compare "updated/touched" files from one source to another and copy only those files?
As an example. I have a small home security system that I want to transfer only (15 min / day) IP camera file to my NAS for review if it changes. Oviously the NAS is a backup however, I don't want to have to transfer the entier thing each time, only when it is changed (motion detection from web cam)

Also, if onle of my files in my shared directory gets updated (router service log) i'd like to be able to just compare the date/time stamp and update-copy if required.

My Server is a Windows 7 box and my NAS is Linux shared SAMBA

Is any of this possible?
