Inactive back. color for plain view/quick filter/only selec.

If plain view/quick filter/only selected is enabled, and the panel is changed, the background color is changed to color of "inactive panel" - I think this is not good, because those special colors are useful to see that those special features are enabled.

There are two solutions:

1) Ignore "inactive panel" color if special features are enabled (always use a special color).

2) Add new options for inactive panel, for all 3 special features (but I think it's useless).
