Backup default values

By default, backup option is enabled and the option "once per week" is enabled. I think it should be changed, I'm using "Once per day "Max. coutd" 8.
I think the daily backup is needed, especially for novice users, who might make a mistake or change or delete some settings.
If you agree, which value do you prefer (and why). I suggest the option "once per day" and "Max. count" 7 - 14.
