650 - synchronise folders supports 2 * top level UNC paths ?

I use freecomander in past just to verify files and folders from my backup folders on two network drives are identical.
Synchronise the following unc paths.
\\nas1\primary and \\nas2\backups
With Freecomander XE 650 i get a dialog saying "Operation is not supported for chose folders"
Old Freecommander does it no problem
If I drill down one folder level on each NAS it allows me to synchronise, but is not useful then.
\\nas1\primary\data and \\nas2\backups\data
This syncronises fine.
I will continue to use old freecommander version for synchronise for now.
