installer not changing as per windows 8

installer still asks xp/ w7 days things about "create in quick launch", "create in start menu" when these things have long gone in Windows 8.

Installer should recognize the windows version and should ask those minimal questions that are relevant for that windows version

Similarly, w8 has introduced options for pinning a programs tab at task bar, maybe fc installer can ask and do that.

And, w8 has introduced a quick-jump list at the pinned task bar tabs, maybe fc can save recently opened folder/ files names accessed in fc in previous opens, or something.
