Recyle Bin tweaks

Salvete! I've noticed that I can't run cCleaner from the recylcle bin! I have to minimize FC and go use *choke* Windows Explorer's icon on the desktop in order to get the cCleaner context menu.

Also, I think the recycle bin should open (when I click on it in the splitter bar) in the active FC panel instead of being launched in Windows Explorer. Is that possible?
