Restore all settings - suggestions

This option is very danger, it's near the "Backup all settings" and the first dialog is the same, so some users might delete their settings instead of backup - by mistake.

I suggest to add a warning dialog, it should be the first dialog and it should explain what the option do. If possible, also the warning icon (image) should be used, some users don't read these dialogs.
