Feature Request: Symbolic links handling

I have a lot symbolic links which are pointing to the network locations. Windows 7 makes a heavy use of them as well.
It would be nice to have following features:
1. When deleting a symbolic link (junction) a message box request whether to delete the symbolic link only or the target as well.
2. When copying a single entity (file, directory) a possibility to create a symbol link instead.
3. Possibility to define other color for the symbolic links (Dialog "Items color")
