What should XE development concentrate on, Bug Fixes or in implementing New Features?

Fix all reproducible bugs, incl. medium and minor bugs (e.g. performance & localization issues, etc.) before working on new features

What should XE development concentrate on, Bug Fixes or in implementing New Features?
I thought it would be interesting to ask beta testers and long-term power users about their opinion in this matter.
