New Alpha: Overlay icons are not visible in the tree view

Hi,

if overlay icons are used (e.g. Subversion/Tortoise) then they are not visible in the tree view.

Check the settings, the tree has now option for the ovelay icons.

I've detected an other issue: If the tree view is visible then the overlay icons are not updated in the tree view even if command 'Refresh' is executed.

Workaround: Hide the tree view and show it again
