Copy + create folder.

Hi.

First I'll say THANKS for this GREAT tool, I really love it, it has some really nice features.

Second.
Would it be possible to get an alternative copy/move files, if 2 or more files are selected the new copy/move should take the name from the first file, remove the extension, and use that name to create a folder where the files are copied/moved to.
